Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Of course, you can email us within two hours after placing the order to request cancellation. If we have already shipped the order, we will not be able to cancel it.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Can I pay in installments?

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to most countries in the EU and the UK. Please contact us for shipping information to other destinations.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping for electric scooters usually takes 3 to 5 days. Spare parts are usually shipped internationally, and the international shipping time depends on the product and destination, typically taking 8 to 15 days.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 15 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.
