This warranty applies only to electric scooters and covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
2. Accessories Policy
All accessory products (including chargers, displays, alarms, tires, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, we will resend the item or issue a full refund after verification.
3. Repair & Support
(1) Self-Maintenance
We provide clear instructional videos to guide you through simple repairs and part replacements safely and effectively.
(2) Factory Repair
If a defect cannot be resolved through self-maintenance, you may send your scooter to our service center for professional repair.
(Repair processing usually takes around 2 weeks.)
