Out-of-warranty repair costs

Our store offers a two-year warranty, with one year completely free of charge. If your scooter requires parts or repairs, we cover all costs, including shipping, repair costs, and parts. The second year is partially free of charge. If your scooter experiences a controller, motor, or battery failure within the second year, we will also provide a free replacement, but you will be required to pay for shipping.

Out-of-warranty orders are orders placed more than two years after purchase. If your scooter requires repairs after the warranty expires, please contact customer service for a comprehensive plan.

Shipping: We offer free shipping. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed, with the exception of pre-order products. Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 2–8 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, dispatching warehouse, carrier schedules, weather conditions, and public holidays.

Returns: In addition to your statutory rights, electric scooters purchased directly from this website may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returned products must be unused and in their original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals, chargers, tools, keys, and accompanying components.

This product is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, valid across all EU member
states. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or
